Our Refund Policy

At Midnight Flower Shop London, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:

🌸 Fresh Flowers

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

To process a claim, please provide:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the flowers (if possible)

🌼 Custom Orders & Events

All custom floral designs, including wedding and event orders, are final sale. If there are any concerns with your order upon delivery or pickup, please reach out right away so we can make it right.

🛍 Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable products (e.g. vases, candles, dried arrangements) may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

💳 Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. In cases where a replacement is sent, no monetary refund will be issued.
