To achieve the signature low and compact design of our Triangle Flower Box, flower stems will be cut shorter than in a traditional hand-tied bouquet.

Because of the shorter stems, please note that:

• Flowers may not last as long as a traditional hand-tied bouquet with long stems.

• Water intake is slightly reduced due to the stem length.

However, with proper care, you can still enjoy your arrangement beautifully 🌷

💧 How to Care for Short-Stem Flowers

To help your flowers last as long as possible:

• Check the water daily
  Short stems drink efficiently but have limited reach. Make sure the water level stays high enough to cover the ends of the stems.

• Top up with fresh water every day
  Add clean, room-temperature water daily.

• Replace water every 1–2 days
  Gently remove flowers, rinse the container, and refill with fresh water to prevent bacteria build-up.

• Keep in a cool area
  Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and air-conditioning vents.

• Remove fading flowers promptly
  This keeps the arrangement fresh and helps other blooms last longer.

• Optional refresh tip
  If any stems appear slimy, you may carefully trim a tiny bit off the bottom (if possible) before placing them back.

If the receiver is not home and we are unable to contact them, we will leave the flowers outside if the weather conditions are suitable. If the weather is not suitable, the flowers will be returned to the store.

In that case, you can arrange another delivery attempt for $10 by contacting us via phone or email, or the sender/receiver can pick up the flowers from our store.
